The conditions attached to the ticket itself.
Last updated 29 August 2026
A ticket is a revocable licence to attend one event, on the date and at the venue printed on it. It is not property and it is not transferable except through the transfer and split features in your account.
Each ticket carries one QR code, scanned once. Whoever presents it first is admitted, so treat it like cash and do not post it publicly.
Splitting a ticket issues a separate code to the person you send it to and reduces the entries on yours. A split cannot be reversed.
Nothing is lost. Your tickets live in your account and can be reopened on any device you can sign in on.
Reselling a ticket above face value, or through any channel other than tikk.at, voids it. Voided tickets are not refunded.
The help centre answers most of them, and anything it does not reaches a person.
