The agreement between you and tikk.at when you use the platform.

tikk.at is operated by Ahura Technosoft LLP, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“tikk.at”, “we”, “us”).
These terms cover the tikk.at website and apps, and every booking made through them. By creating an account or buying a ticket you accept them.
tikk.at is a ticketing platform. Events listed here are run by independent organizers; we sell and deliver the tickets, and the organizer runs the event.
That distinction matters when something goes wrong. Anything about the event itself — timings, line-up, venue conditions, entry decisions at the gate — is the organizer’s responsibility. Anything about the booking — payment, delivery, the ticket record — is ours.
You need an account to hold tickets. Keep your phone number and email current: they are how tickets and receipts reach you.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order number. Until then nothing is reserved.
Prices shown include the ticket face value; platform fees and taxes are itemised before you pay and again on your receipt.
Your QR code is the ticket. It is scanned once at the gate; a screenshot shared with someone else does not create a second entry.
Organizers set their own entry rules — age limits, prohibited items, timings — and may refuse entry where those are not met. Refusal on those grounds is not grounds for a refund from us.
We are liable for the ticketing service: that your booking is recorded, your ticket is delivered, and your payment is handled correctly.
We are not liable for the event itself, or for loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the contact details on your account before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
