Every ticket is in My tickets, and a copy goes to WhatsApp as soon as the payment clears. Both work at the gate with no signal.

Payments can take a minute to confirm. If nothing arrives, sign in with the email or mobile number you used at checkout and check My tickets — guest tickets are held against those.

Create an account with the same email or mobile number you used at checkout. The tickets attach to that account and stay under My tickets.

Turn the screen brightness up and hold the phone still. If the screen is cracked or heavily protected, the ticket ID printed under the code can be entered by gate staff instead.

Open the ticket and choose Split ticket. One entry goes to the person you name, who gets their own QR on WhatsApp; your ticket keeps the rest. A split cannot be reversed.

Failed payments are reversed by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. Send us the order number and the payment reference and we will confirm what the gateway recorded.

Only one order will have issued tickets. Send both payment references and we will have the duplicate refunded.

Codes are tied to an event, a ticket type and a date range, and most are single-use. Check the code has not expired and that it applies to the pass you selected.

UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay. Payment happens on their checkout — tikk.at never sees your card or UPI details.

Tickets are non-refundable once the night begins. Before that, the organizer’s event policy applies — it is printed on the event page under "Before you book".

If an organizer cancels, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. If a night is moved, your ticket moves with it and we tell you on WhatsApp.

The code goes to WhatsApp, not SMS. Check the number you entered is the one on WhatsApp, and use Resend once the countdown ends.

Every event page has an Organizer section with a link to their profile and the ground’s details. Venue, timings and entry rules are theirs to answer.

Gates open at the time printed on your ticket. Entry closes before the last garba of the night — the exact time is in the event’s "Before you book" list.
